Lombard PD Records for Delphi Academy of Chicago (Scientology School)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I hereby request the following records:

All police records, call logs, closed investigation files and/or reports generated since November 1, 2005 pertaining to Delphi Academy of Chicago (formerly Chicagoland Academy) located at 241 E. Roosevelt Road, Lombard, Illinois 60148.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest due to the isolated location of the facility and the numerous controversies related to the non-standard curriculum based on Scientology education principles being taught that has been reported in the press. Additionally, the requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
