Pursuant to the The Kansas Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
* Copies of ALL Emails to and from the Commissioners from February 15 through May 8, 2020 (which are not covered by privilege)
* Copies of the document sent by the Commissioners to Attorney's General Office regarding the KOMA Complaint
* Copies of the draft document regarding the KOMA Complaint that the Commissioners said they had passed around previous to the Commission meeting
Pursuant to the The Kansas Open Records Act, I hereby also request the following records that might not be covered by the FOIA above:
* Copies of ALL Emails to and from the Commissioners from February 15 through May 8, 2020 (which are not covered by privilege)
* Copies of the documents and packet sent by the Commissioners to Attorney's General Office regarding the KOMA Complaint
* Copies of the draft document regarding the KOMA Complaint that the Commissioners said they had passed around previous to the Commission meeting
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

I am in receipt of your KORA request. This email is being provided to meet the three day requirement. I am forwarding the request to the department involved and will reply by Monday at 5:00 p.m. with an estimated time frame to produce the documents. Attached is a fee schedule that will be used to estimate the cost if the records are not available in electronic means.
