I request that the documents be presented in an organized manner that is easy to verify which document pertains to which record number. To accomplish this, I would suggest they be sent as separate PDFs (e.g. J-Williams_GR1050-03_Awards.PDF).
Please redact private information such as Social Security numbers, grades on transcripts from institutions of higher education and high schools, GED scores, personal phone numbers, names of family members or significant others, and home addresses. Also redact any license plate numbers, VINs, driver's license numbers, copies of driver's licenses and any other personal identification documents/cards as well as any identifying numbers from them, and any information that is highly intimate or embarrassing.

I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment. For files that are too large to be sent by e-mail (e.g. video files), please use an online file sharing service such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or your own and provide a link or upload the files directly using the link provided by MuckRock. If all these options do not work, only then I would desire a CD-ROM sent by mail. However, please notify me of it being sent and send all other files through email.
