Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I would like to have a copy of:
1.) Your list of permanently assigned vehicles
2.) Your daily/temporarily assigned vehicles list for Saturday, July 31, 2021
3.) I would also like the name of the officers who drove by me at roughly 10:15 AM that day.
While waiting to turn onto Oakridge Boulevard from Lake Park Road (which is Justin Road when you're on the other side of 35E), a Lewisville Police Department SUV passed me while they were driving westbound on Lake Park Road and just a moment later a Lewisville Police Department SUV passed me when he or she was driving eastbound on Lake Park Road. Like I said, it happened at about 10:15 AM that day. I assume the vehicle GPS information that can be used to identify them is kept in record number PS4050-07.
Please redact all private information such as personal phone numbers and home addresses. Also, redact any license plate numbers, VINs, driver's license numbers, and any information that could reveal an officer's identity that is considered uncover.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

The following information has been redacted: (1) DL, LP, and/or VIN numbers
[Tx Gov Code §552.130]. This section allows us to withhold this specific
information without requesting a ruling from the attorney general. You have
the right to appeal our decision. Instructions for appeal are attached. If
you do not want to appeal, you do not need to do anything else.
