1.) Any and all police reports, complaints, and narratives regarding the arrest of Alex M. Filicetti between the following dates: 02/27/2021 to 2/29/2021

"Alex M. Filicetti, the son of Niagara County Sheriff Michael J. Filicetti, who was charged with a misdemeanor count of driving while intoxicated after a minor accident shortly after midnight Sunday"

"There was no arraignment or bail set after the arrest, under terms of the state bail reform law"

"He said Filicetti, 24, was charged by town Officer Jonathan Emmons after Filicetti's pickup truck allegedly sideswiped another vehicle in a driveway leading to the Upper Mountain Fire Company on Moyer Road."

"Previte said Filicetti's blood alcohol content was measured at .14%. The legal threshold for intoxication is .08%"

"Alex M. Filicetti, the son of Niagara County Sheriff Michael J. Filicetti, was acquitted this week on a charge of driving while intoxicated."

"Wheatfield Town Court officials confirmed that Town Justice Angela Stamm-Philipps announced that verdict Tuesday, almost a month after a nonjury trial."

"Filicetti, 24, was found guilty of unsafe backing, a traffic violation. He was fined $125, plus a $93 surcharge."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Good Morning,

The original FOIL was received on April 1, 2022, response letter was e-mail April 1, 2022 with a grant date of April 8, 2022.

A response letter was mailed on April 5, 2022, stating that responsive records consisting of fourteen (14) pages have been identified and are available for copying at $.25/page.

A check was received as payment for the FOIL and the documents were mailed out on May 2, 2022.

Received an email on May 19, 2022, from 127030-68432453 saying you did not receive the documents.
