Basic information on all cases (open and closed) of missing American Indian/Alaska Native persons (including juveniles) within your region, from 2000 through 2020; this basic information can include but is not limited to: person name, age, DOB, incident date, case closure date, county/jurisdiction in which person was reported missing.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I have been advised that our Sheriff's Office will need additional time to conduct a search for responsive records as well as this office's time to review these records for exemptions, and then prepare them for release.  Therefore, the estimated response date for this particular request will need to be extended to include additional time.  I anticipate providing a response to you on or about June 10, 2021.  Of course, if records are available prior to this date I will provide them to you promptly.  If you have not received a response in that time, please do not hesitate to contact me directly inquiring as to the status.
