Hello Mr Keith,

I have another FOIA for you if you could be so kind as to process it the same as the last one I would be grateful.

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act , I hereby request the following records:

I would respectfully like to request the autopsy report and any other information allowed by State Law for Joshua Farris DOB 1/20/1984.
Place of death is recorded as Leon County Texas and manner of death reported as hanging.
DOD was 3/14/2013. I am specifically requesting Police/Sheriff's report on the death. A copy of the 911 call, any scene photographs and coroner report or notes.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
