Subject: Lee sheriff lies and evades/dodges Sunshine Law requests

The sheriff claims the requests were unclear which is a lie. One request asks for bunk assignments of Huminski's cellmates. The other request asks for the police report concerning Huminski's arrest and transport to the Fort Myers jail, a two hour period whereby the arresting officer was quizzing Huminski while entering data into his computer. i.e. Distracted Driving and probably an accepted practice at the LCSO.

The first thing Huminski said to the officer informed him of the no-contact order of Judge Adams preventing communication with LCSO staff under penalty of imprisonment, the deputy then waived his protection by the gag orders and Huminski then responded to the questions. Upon arrival at jail, Huminski alerted the staff of the existence of the gag order, the staff repeatedly chanted "sovereign citizen" (whatever that is) and placed Huminski in solitary and engaged in felony abuse of a disabled adult. The arresting officer was present when the decision was made to place Huminski in solitary as a punishment for mentioning Judge Adam's gag order.

Many times the cover-up is worse than the crime. See the request's content in the below sheriff emails,
