Subject: Lee Clerk felony official misconduct, Re: Report of Felony Forgery to Carmine Marceno & State's Attorney Amira Fox, Lee County, 17-mm-815, Show cause order filed on 6/30/2017

Report of Crime - Official Misconduct,

Linda Doggett is mentioned in this report, but, the perpetrator may be someone else working at the courthouse and likely more than one individual. The Buck stops with her. An identification of the hand-written docket number on the forged order of 6/30/2017 would provide the identity of one of the perpetrators, perhaps a low level clerk working pursuant to a directive from a superior.

Concerning the forged court order in the prior email. It was manufactured on or about 6/30/2017 as revealed in the court date and time stamp contained on the document and the case docket number, which are incremental, indicates when the forgery occurred in case 17-mm-815 which was after 17-mm-814, State v. Matthew Bleskoski which was initiated by an offense dated 6/27/2017. The next case sequence after the official forgery case, 17-mm-816, State v. Gary Shyquon, was initiated via an offense that occurred on 7/5/2017. The dates alone reveal that the manufacture and docketing were on or about 6/30/2017, not the date entered in the court docket, 6/5/2017, a fraud and felony official misconduct.

To lend credibility to the charge, Clerk Linda Doggett, back dated the charging instrument to 6/5/2017 to make the charging document appear more authentic even with the date and time stamp on the paper reflecting a manufacture and filing of the document on 6/30/2017 which is not the offense date nor the date the document was manufactured. Deliberately creating a false court docket entry reflecting a date that portrays a false date which Linda Doggett manufactured and then supplied to the Second District Court of Appeal and certified. This is Official Misconduct, a felony by Ms. Doggett or other unknown courthouse employees.

The only motive of the docket back-dating of the document was to make it appear that the manufactured order, with the hand-written 17-mm-815 docket number, was indeed an order of Judge Krier signed on 6/5/2017 when, in fact, Judge Krier signed only a Circuit Court order on 6/5/2017. The order in 17-mm-815 was manufactured on or about 6/30/2017 after a hearing on 6/29/2017 concurrently with the docket number generation and the order forgery. The ultimate motive was to launch a wrongful prosecution against Scott Huminski in County Court in violation of F.S. 838.022 ("to cause unlawful harm"). The matter was properly before the 20th Circuit Court, 17-ca-421. See Huminski v. State, 2d19-1247 below.

The true "offense date", if that is the argument of Linda Doggett to explain the date debacle, can be obtained from 17-CA-421 by viewing the original show cause order dated on 4/26/2017, a document that was 119 pages long. The "offense date" in the docket sheet is a fraud. The manipulation and manufacture of the forged order of 6/30/2017 was missing 116 pages of content. Very sloppy official misconduct by Clerk Linda Doggett or whoever brainstormed this scheme. The 3 page document filed by the Clerk after its manufacture on or about 6/30/2017 refers to the missing 116 pages of exhibits/attachments, absent from the filing. A very poor forgery.

See the only valid order of 119 pages with a proper judicial signature dated on 4/26/2017 in 17-ca-421 at (4/26/2017 is the offense date not the date in the County Court papers, pure fraud),
https://judgeelizabethvkrierleecountyflcorruption.files.wordpress.com/2017/06/original-show-cause-order-april-2017.pdf
or

The felony official misconduct of Clerk Linda Doggett or someone else related to the forgery of 6/30/2017 involved,
* manufacture of the order file stamped 6/30/2017, but, back-dated docketed to 6/5/2017
* omission of 116 pages of the content of the order
* incorrectly dating the document on the docket sheet to deceptively misrepresent that the manufactured order was signed by a judge
* omitting the original offense date of 4/26/2017, absent from the entire case, 17-mm-815. Circuit case 17-ca-421 does have a valid order and offense date.
* Even though the forgery was date and time stamped as filed on 6/30/2017, it was not docketed in any case as a filing on that date
* The obsession to get this Circuit Court matter into the County Court is bizarre, illegal and done to satisfy an improper plan and motive. See Huminski v. State, 2D19-1247 (hearing contempt is private to the allegedly offended court) https://edca.2dca.org/DCADocs/2019/1247/191247_OG64_05082019_09144758_i.pdf

Oh what a tangled web courthouse staff can weave when they set out to deceive. Unfortunately, this type of deception on a court case docket which is a court document certified by the Clerk on appeal to the Second District Court of Appeal is government crime of a high order. Yes, the clerk supplied a document of over 2000 pages of forged and manipulated content to the appellate court on 5/21/2019 (these crimes are still fresh), 2407 pages of Official Misconduct,
and located at the Second DCA website here,

https://edca.2dca.org/DcaDocs/2019/1914/2019-1914_Brief_530010_RC09.pdf (see Ms. Doggett's certification on the last page)
The statute of limitations for these crimes lasts until two years after the government officials/employees leave their positions with the government. F.S. 775.15(12)(b).

(1) It is unlawful for a public servant or public contractor, to knowingly and intentionally obtain a benefit for any person or to cause unlawful harm to another, by:

************************************************************ Prior Related Muckrock Request ***************************************************

Please provide copies of all documents, recordings, video and all other relevant materials discoverable under the Florida Rules of Criminal and Civil Procedures related to the commission and report of forgery and official misconduct related to the filing of a forged court order on or about 6/30/2017 in Lee County Court, 17-mm-815, State v. Huminski. The Court order was manufactured from a valid and legitimate court order filed in the 20th Circuit Court, 17-CA-421, Huminski v. Town of Gilbert, et al. filed on 6/5/2017 in the Circuit Court. Both the original Circuit Court order and the forgery of 3 weeks later are contempt show cause orders.

Please produce the same materials for accessories after the fact regarding the forgery and official misconduct such as judicial officers, law enforcement personnel or prosecutors who furthered or covered-up these crimes.

Attached hereto are a court brief filed in the Supreme Court of Florida detailing the forgery and also a court paper filed in the Florida Second District Court of Appeal detailing the forgery and official misconduct.

The forged document was manufactured by lifting the judicial signature and most of the content from the Circuit Court order of 6/5/2017, then the lifted content was hand-modified by a court employee and then provided to the Clerk of Courts for filing as an original and legitimate court order authored by a judge for filing in a new case initiated with the forgery, 17-mm-815, but, without a new valid signature from a judge on the manufactured paper -- just the lifted judicial signature of 6/5/2017 existed. It was held out and presented to the clerk of courts for filing as authentic. Serious official crime.

Huminski is already in possession of the criminal report of activistUSA@protonmail.com from Switzerland and Huminski does not request production of this document set forth below,

Subject: Report of Felony Forgery to Carmine Marceno & State's Attorney Amira Fox, Lee County, 17-mm-815, Show cause order filed on 6/30/2017

Carmine Marceno, Amira Fox, Esq.,

The Lee court staff engaged in forgery of a County Court Order on or about 6/30/2017 to which Amira Fox and her office were accessories to before and/or after the fact.

This forgery was accomplished by lifting the judicial signature off a valid Circuit Court order of 6/5/2017, 17-ca-421, and using the lifted signature to manufacture an order designed to initiate a County Court criminal proceeding without a valid signature from a judge, prosecutor or any valid official. All of this activity was behind closed doors and designed to thwart attempts to identify the forger. It is likely that the forgery was coordinated by Judge Krier and/or Judge James Adams.

Details including the original order and the forgery with the lifted judicial signature are at the Florida Supreme Court paper (from the Court's website) at,
https://efactssc-public.flcourts.org/casedocuments/2020/598/2020-598_brief_137540_juris20initial20brief.pdf

The two orders (one valid and one forgery) are also located at the Second District Court of Appeal website at,
https://edca.2dca.org/DcaDocs/2019/1914/2019-1914_Motion_409959_MOAP5202D20ALL20OTHER20MOTIONS20APPENDIX2FATTACHMENT.pdf

Sheriff Carmine Marceno is well aware of these courthouse crimes and is covering them up to benefit his close ally S.A. Amira Fox.

The crime of Forgery is a Third Degree Felony in Florida and is punishable by up to five (5) years in prison, five (5) years of probation, and a $5,000 fine. F.S. 831.01 Forgery is assigned a Level 1 offense severity ranking under Florida's Criminal Punishment Code.

Sincerely,
Concerned Activists
