To Whom It May Concern at Lee County Public Schools, Ft Myers, FL:

This is a friendly request for public records from a former teacher employee.

Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:

Seeking a certified copy of:

(1) the true, notarized statement I made in writing in 2014 and submitted to Lee County Public Schools, regarding the 2 pages of fraud which was written by Naples Attorney Donald Day and provided by him to me for school districts, with respect to a false arrest I suffered in Oct 2000 in Naples, Florida (an arrest which has no actual final disposition, by the way, due to his fraud);

and,

(2) a certified copy of any publicly available reports, emails or memos between Lee County Schools Staff Attorney Robert Dodig whom I contacted in 2014, or any other Lee County Schools attorney who worked with Lee County Schools Christine Christensen (the Director of Professional Standards and Equity), explaining their decision to grant my request and remove from my personnel file the 2-page fraudulent document created by Naples Attorney Donald Day -- as I believe Ms. Christensen arrived at the correct decision to permanently remove from my personnel file these 2-pages of fraud by Naples Attorney Donald Day (consisting of a fraudulent 1-page letter signed by him on his law firm letterhead, and a fraudulent 1-page court document).

And, again, I thank both Ms. Christensen and whomever assisted her at arriving at the correct decision that this was fraud by Attorney Donald Day, and thus had to be removed from the school district files.

Below is the email dialogue I had regarding this matter, concerning this Donald Day 2-pages of fraud, which I was forced to submit to Lee County Schools prior to my initial hiring, and which I labeled in 2014 as "Exhibit A."

(I also submitted in 2014, along with my notarized statement an "Exhibit B" which was the letter Lee County Schools issued to me clearing me for employment, and an "Exhibit C" which was a list of emails from other school districts where I applied for employment. But, for all school districts and for any employer, I am unable to evidence a final disposition for a fake arrest I suffered in Oct 2000 because of the Donald Day perpetual on-going fraud and perpetual on-going fraud by the state attorney in this matter.)

Ms. Alyn,

I received your notarized statement.  I am in the process of requesting that Exhibit A be removed from your personnel file.  I have spoken with Mr. Dodig and the District will not be removing Exhibit B from your file.  The District does not have Exhibit C on file for you in our system and therefore it cannot be removed.

I will provide you with a confirmation email once Exhibit A has been removed from the system.

Sincerely,

Christine

Good afternoon,

OK; thanks for confirming that. I will send $.50 (fifty cents), along with the SASE required for this CD-ROM.

Thanks again for your prompt reply.

I must say, for more than a decade while I lived in Florida, and
even now, while I am out of state, I never once had a problem or delay in getting any public record out of Lee County Public Schools.

Kudos to all of you, for your friendly professionalism -- and for all the sunshine you bring to the People.

Sincerely,
Susan Alyn
