Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
A Shapefile or CSV containing at minimum the Address Points (house # and street name) and their corresponding Latitude/Longitude. If additional data such as the Unit Number, City, Zipcode, Parcel Id exists they should be included as well.
If this cannot be accessed, the parcel file including situs address would suffice.
Other names for this include: E911 Address Database, Civic Address File, Parcel Dataset, Land Ownership Dataset, Tax Parcels, Address Points.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

I have reviewed your request, dated November 22, 2017, for the records outlined in your email below. Your request is granted. The fee associated with the data is $700.00 In accordance with Section 1307(h) of the Right to Know law, prepayment of the fee is required before the request will be fulfilled. Payment can be made to "Lebanon County" and sent to the Lebanon County Commissioners Office, 400 South Eighth Street, Lebanon, PA 17042.
You may appeal this decision to the Pennsylvania Office of Open records.
