Pursuant to the The Kansas Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all available documents relating to and including the offense report #L18007332.

These specific documents are requested, but the request is not limited to:
1. Offense report L18007332
2. Officer notes, correspondence, & communications relating to L18007332.
3. Any and all forensic testing ordered in the subsequent investigation of L18007332, including dates of submission, results, and dates when results were made available.
4. Interview transcriptions and/or recordings between law enforcement and any subject related to L18007332.
5. Any and all documents, and/or available information regarding a call to dispatch for suspected shoplifting involving Scott Eric Adkins at Kohls on 31st and Iowa in Lawrence, KS between the dates of Feb 1st 2017 and Feb 10th 2017, to which Sgt/Ofc. Eric Barkley responded.
6. Any recordings, transcripts or data relating to Eric Barkley's communications with dispatch before, during, and directly after the shoplifting incident.

7. Any and all audio/visual recordings or data where Devon Masqua is the subject of recording with or without her knowledge - whether or not the recordings are related to the report(s) mentioned above.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
