Tana Mongeau dates of attendance at Clark County schools

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act which provides the following exception to its protections under its General Guidance for students, located at https://www2.ed.gov/policy/gen/guid/fpco/ferpa/students.html:

"Another exception permits a school to non-consensually disclose personally identifiable information from a student's education records when such information has been appropriately designated as directory information. "Directory information" is defined as information contained in the education records of a student that would not generally be considered harmful or an invasion of privacy if disclosed. Directory information could include information such as the student's name, address, e-mail address, telephone listing, photograph, date and place of birth, major field of study, participation in officially recognized activities and sports, weight and height of members of athletic teams, dates of attendance, degrees and awards received, the most recent previous educational agency or institution attended, grade level or year (such as freshman or junior), and enrollment status (undergraduate or graduate; full-time or part-time)";

I am seeking the date and place of birth, as well as the dates of attendance and the related grade level or year, for the former student "Tana Mongeau" at any Clark County schools where she was enrolled.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

To clarify this request, I would like to seek records on file for any person named "Tana Mongeau" between the years 2000 and 2016, in the interest of narrowing the pool of records that need to be searched.

The system you linked requires an attached document with the student in question's consent to release these records and does not allow any records to be purchased if that document is not included. Pursuant to the exceptions I included above, their consent is not required in this situation, and your system does not provide for that. If there is a way to use this system that does not require the written consent of the student and you could elaborate, I would appreciate it. Please advise.
