Pursuant to the Wyoming Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any incident reports OR arrest reports OR citations involving Alex Grinch, between January 1, 2009- January 1, 2012

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Per Wyoming Statute we cannot confirm the existence or nonexistence of criminal history record information to any person that would be not be eligible to receive the information. As such, we are unable to process your request without an Authorization to Release Information signed by Mr. Grinch in front of a Notary.

If you are able to obtain the Authorization to Release Information from Mr. Grinch, please resubmit your request at that time.
