Dear Mr. Lipton,
Please be advised that the City of Lansing is closed on Fridays due to the City's participation in the UIA Workshare Program. All FOIA deadlines have been adjusted to reflect the furlough days. Also, due to the Independence Day holiday falling on a Saturday, Friday was an observed holiday for the City of Lansing, and the City was also closed on Thursday for the Workshare Program. While the City received your FOIA request, we are unable to process your request without some additional information.
* Any materials related and sufficient to show all instances of alleged or inappropriate or illegal behavior or actions resulting in compensation or expenditures involving this agency - Can you please specify what you mean by this? What is the time for the records you are requesting?
* Any similar documents that include the following:
o The nature of the claim or legal matter
o The claimant and other parties involved
o The relevant case and tracking numbers for court and internal systems
o The date the lawsuit was served or litigation commenced
o The final disposition or current status of the case, including whether a case is still pending
