Dear Mr. Lipton,

Please be advised that the City of Lansing is closed on Fridays due to the City's participation in the UIA Workshare Program. All FOIA deadlines have been adjusted to reflect the furlough days. Also, due to the Independence Day holiday falling on a Saturday, Friday was an observed holiday for the City of Lansing, and the City was also closed on Thursday for the Workshare Program. While the City received your FOIA request, we are unable to process your request without some additional information.
