Greetings,

The purpose of this e-mail is to request that MuckRock please stop faxing the attached Public Records Request to the Lakewood (WA) Police Department. We have received this request from you all 15 times you have faxed it and per our legal department, they responded to you some time ago via a letter indicating we have no responsive documents. This e-mail should also stand as confirmation that the Lakewood Police Department does not have any responsive records related to your request.

If there is something else the City of Lakewood can assist you with regarding public records, please visit https://www.cityoflakewood.us/ and click on the City of Lakewood banner in the upper left and under the "Legal and City Clerk" option, choose Forms and then Public Records Request form. You can also visit www.southsound911.org<http://www.southsound911.org>, click on "Services" and then choose Public Records Requests.
