We are in the process of reviewing approximately 3,500 emails as an installment answer to your request.  By way of clarification, it appears that these documents are almost entirely standard PredPol reporting within the police department.  Our understanding is that your request is for documents related to the selection of this program and that the reporting would not be responsive.  One email we found from early on suggests that the selection of PredPol actually came through South Sound 911, which handles dispatch and police records for the City.  We will continue to look for records responsive to your request for records regarding selection, research, effectiveness as indicated in your request, but we may not have such records.  We welcome any clarification you may have in this regard. 

Due to the volume of documents which include the keyword PredPol, we will continue review of the email collected for any responsive documents.  You may anticipate further communication regarding this effort by February 22, 2019.
