Please provide responsive documents in their native format with metadata.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The City continues to receive emails from you that are being sent to Jennifer Martin (see below) and I have responded several times to your multiple requests. Here is a timeline for the City's response to your request:
1. The City received your email for public records request on April 27, 2016. The City responded and sent an email to Bernard Rodriguez on April 28, 2016 as follows:
"Mr. Rodriguez,
I received your public records request just yesterday, April 27, 2016. It was forwarded to me from Jennifer Martin, Records Management Specialist.
Your request for public records is currently under review, and the response involves coordination among several departments including possible review by the City Attorney and it will take some time to complete.
We will contact you by May 4, 2016, or sooner, to inform you of any records that may be available at that time. Please contact me if you have further questions.

April 26, 2016, PRR sent to Jennifer Martin.
April 27, 2016, Jennifer Martin receives follow-up PRR
April 28, 2016, the City sent a response to your request stating we would contact you by May 4, 2016.
April 29, 2016, the City sent email requesting clarification of your request.
May 18, 2016, Jennifer Martin receives follow up PRR.
May 19, 2016, City sent email noting awaiting response to clarification sent on April 29, 2016.
May 24, 2016, Jennifer Martin receives follow-up PRR.
June 1, 2016, City sent email noting awaiting response to clarification sent on April 29, 2016.
June 6, 2016, Jennifer Martin receives follow-up to PRR.
The City is awaiting for a response to our clarification. Once clarification has been received, we will contact you with an estimate of when records responsive to your request will be available
