The City continues to receive emails from you that are being sent to Jennifer Martin (see below) and I have responded several times to your multiple requests. Here is a timeline for the City's response to your request:

April 27, 2016, Jennifer Martin receives follow-up PRR
April 28, 2016, the City sent a response to your request stating we would contact you by May 4, 2016.
April 29, 2016, the City sent email requesting clarification of your request.
May 18, 2016, Jennifer Martin receives follow up PRR.
May 19, 2016, City sent email noting awaiting response to clarification sent on April 29, 2016.
May 24, 2016, Jennifer Martin receives follow-up PRR.
June 1, 2016, City sent email noting awaiting response to clarification sent on April 29, 2016.
June 6, 2016, Jennifer Martin receives follow-up to PRR.

The City is awaiting for a response to our clarification. Once clarification has been received, we will contact you with an estimate of when records responsive to your request will be available
