Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

I would like to request the following:

- a copy of the completed recorded conversation that ASA Ben Dillion presented to the grand jury on or about October 27, 2021, regarding an incident from an October 7, 2021 conversation via a phone call between Grayson Jackson and the Lake County Court Security Office (Reference Case Number: 21CF1523)

- identify the time of call from Oct. 7th, 2021 of crime, Threatening Public Official, in violation of 720 ILCS 5/12-9(a)(1)(I) (Class 3)

- all conviction records for Grayson Jackson as a "fugitive."

- all BOLO records for fugitive Grayson Jackson.

- a copy of the partial call used in requesting the warrant presented to the Arkansas Governor's warrant released on 12/13/21.

- any and all documentation legally defining "personally present."

- provide the Lake County Court security officer's authenticated affidavit identifying Grayson Jackson's voice and identity.

In the last 4 years, Jan 1, 2018, to present (Dec. 13, 2021), how many reported cases has your state attorney's office received from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and the nearby police department for a violation of 720 ILCS 5/l 2-9(a)(l )(i)? Of those, how many were indicted and or prosecuted by the Lake County State Attorney's office?

What is your ADA (American's with Disability Act) policy?

I am not requesting personal data or investigative data, merely general public records that has been shared with other public agency parties and media.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
