If you have any questions regarding the scope of this request, please contact me as soon as possible for clarification. I would like copies of the requested records or data, including any metadata, and I prefer the request be fulfilled electronically.

I respectfully request a waiver of all fees for this request. I am an not-for-profit investigative journalist and the disclosure of the records sought is not for commercial interest or purposes, and is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations and activities of government, particularly the making of a viral video, thus making the disclosure a matter of great public interest. Responsive records will be published and used for non-commercial newsgathering and public interest reporting. If, despite the foregoing, there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me before charges are incurred.

Should you deny my request, or any part of the request, please state in writing the basis for the denial, including the exact statutory citation authorizing the denial as required by statute.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would appreciate your prompt confirmation of receipt, comprehensive response, and ongoing updates.
