Mr. Waltman,

Please know that the I.T. Director for LPSO is currently on vacation and is scheduled to return Monday, May 8th. She is the only person with access to Agency-wide emails which are required to fulfill your Request. Upon her return, she and I will work to gather the responsive documents. Once the documents are gathered, and the Costs assessed (the costs will include first-class postage as well as a Copy Fee of $10.00 for the first 5 pages and $0.50 per page thereafter), I will email you the invoice/charges to fulfill your Request.

I am hopeful to contact you with the foregoing information early next week.

Regarding your Public Records Request, please know that, as authorized by Louisiana Revised Statute 44:32(C)(1)(a), it will cost $129.30 [that is $7.80 for flat-rate postage and $121.50 for copies] for us to mail to you all requested Records in response to your Request. At your earliest convenience, please remit full payment to my attention at the address below (the check or money-order should be made payable to the "Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office") and I will then mail to you the aforementioned documents. Also, please make clear to what Mailing Address you'd like the Records sent (as I did not notice your Mailing Address in your previous emails).
