Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
1.) Any and all police reports, complaints, and narratives regarding the street racing death of Dominic Cretacci & John Cretacci. According to the news article link below , "the Cretacci vehicle bumped Muhlbauer's car and careened into the oncoming station wagon driven by Mrs. Izzo's husband, Richard, 60. Muhlbauer told Lackawanna police he had been "racing" Cretacci and admitted to driving "at least" 60 to 65 mph in a 40 mph zone."
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
