Dear Ms. Desmond,
On August 2, the City Clerk's office received your Public Records Request via-emailed. In your request, you requested documents related to La Mirada contract with Microsoft to purchase Microsoft Access software. The City does not have a contract with Microsoft and we don't use Microsoft Access. The City's IT Department recently purchased the licenses for Office 365 software. Attached you will find the cost related to the licenses.
