Hello Mr. Veal,
Thank you for directing me to the school district's policies and procedures. Under what tab can I find the safety procedures, specifically in the case of an active shooter?

Additionally, are there any current expense reports related to preparedness in the case of an active shooter (i.e. school safety patrol, ALICE training, insurance agreement)?

In regards to the District's current pursuit of Active Shooter Workplace Violence Insurance, would you be able to please provide me with any documents detailing the insurance coverage?

Thank you for your time.

Best,
Sarika

Hello Mr. Veal,
Thank you for the additional documents!

Do you have a timeline of when the policy/coverage will be finalized, so I can follow-up appropriately?

Additionally, would you be able to provide any documents detailing the specific projects that would fit under the 'Security Projects' FY19 heading?

In regards to the Guardian Program, are there any contracts/memorandums of understanding between the District and Hendry County Sheriff's Department related to the Guardian Program you would be able to please provide me?

I appreciate your time and patience.

Best,
Sarika
