Mr. Purvis-

Your Open Records Act request, reproduced below, has been directed to me for response. Unfortunately we are unable to provide the information you requested because the Tennessee Open Records Act, Tenn. Code Ann. § 10-7-503, et seq. only provides a right of access to publicly held documents for citizens of the State of Tennessee, see Tenn. Code Ann. § 10-7-503(a)(2)(a), and your request through this service is insufficient to verify you as a citizen of Tennessee.
