Please provide Fee/Service retention schedules pertaining to public records request and any policies regarding records retention schedules as designated by the State of Florida in the General Records Schedule GS1-SL for State and Local Government Agencies.

This record series consists of a price sheet or report identifying the types of goods or services provided by the agency and
any associated fees. The series may also include supporting documents used to determine service costs and fees. The
price sheet or report may be reviewed and revised as necessary

RECORDS RETENTION SCHEDULES: AGENCY SPECIFIC Item #68
This record series consists of copies of records retention schedules approved by the Department of State, Records
Management Program for records that are specific to an individual agency’s programs and activities and are not covered
by a general records retention schedule. Agency-specific retention schedules are established pursuant to Rule 1B24.003(1)-(8), Florida Administrative Code, Section 119.021(2)(a), Florida Statutes, and Section 257.36(6), Florida
Statutes. See also “RECORDS MANAGEMENT COMPLIANCE STATEMENTS” and “RECORDS DISPOSITION
DOCUMENTATION.”

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I think our request was misunderstood, we were also seeking fee schedules for the City of Kissimmee pertaining to public records requests. Please provide fees for any and all services that pertain to public records requests, such as, but not limited to redaction fees, copy fees, research fees.
