Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
Please provide any and all documents where current Police Chief Jeffrey Odell revealed prior to employment by the City of Kissimmee that he was disciplined as a Captain at the Orlando Police Department involving pornography on duty. Please provide any and all documents that prior to employment current Police Chief Jeffrey Odell revealed he was a party/named person/participant I'm a lawsuit involving a female employee of OPD termed in the media as "The milk runs". Please provide any documentation as to where City Management Michael Steigerwald was aware of the sustained discipline history of Jeffrey Odell before placing him into the position of Police Chief.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
