Subject: Texas Public Information Act Request: GoGuardian - Lists, Alerts
To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the
following records related to the school district's use of GoGuardian
technology:

1) A list of all website names, URLs and keywords that are
blacklisted/blocked by the district's GoGuardian web-filtering software.
2) A list of all website names, URLs and keywords that the district has
manually whitelisted/allowed access to upon request through the GoGuardian
web-filtering software.

Please note that items 1 and 2 are usually available through an Excel file
called GoGuardian_Filters.xlsx. We have received this information from
other schools in this format.

3) All alerts generated by GoGuardian software from January 1, 2020 through
November 18, 2022. Please redact any identifying information. This includes
the following types of alert documents, usually available as Excel files:
a. Beacon
b. Flagged activity
c. Smart alerts
d. Policy export

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and
this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform
me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer
the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or
CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I
look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business
days, as the statute requires.
