Vacations During Jan 2020 and 2021 (Department of Adult and Juvenile Detention)

Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Records sufficient to show the names, any identifying serial number, job title and rank (if applicable), respective dates, and the type of time off of all employees who requested any personal time off, vacation days, personal days, furlough days, or any other time off for the dates of, on, or between Jan 1, 2021 and January 8, 2021 AS WELL AS the dates of, on, or between Jan 1, 2020 and January 8, 2020.

Please limit your search to the following job titles:
Correctional Officers (1-4), Custody Officers (1-4), Correctional Counselors (1-3), Correctional Unit Supervisors, Correctional Hearing Officers, Grievance Coordinators, Correctional Program Managers, Superintendents/Associate Superintendents, Facility Plant Operators, Correctional Industry Employees, Office Assistants, and Administrative Assistants

Ideally, please provide the records in an excel spreadsheet.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I have not received the 5-day letter that you mentioned in your previous correspondence nor any other correspondence other than your email on 1/20. I have also created a GovQA account as you suggested but I did not find this (or any) request listed in the account. Can you please confirm that the GovQA portal I should be using is https://kingcountyexec.govqa.us/?

Thanks for your help. I tried resetting the account password using the link your provided but the account appears to be stuck in a loop of sending a verification code and resetting my password when I try to log in.
