I am requesting the following documents:
- Contracts with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for the housing, safekeeping and subsistence of federal detainees.
- Monthly invoices created by your office for Immigration and Customs Enforcement to comply with such contracts. I request copies of these invoices dating from January 2015 to the present.
- Any written requests for modifications to the contract by either party to the agreement, from January 2015 to the present.

This request is being made for the purposes of newsgathering for MuckRock.com. The requested documents will be processed by a member of the news media before being made available to the general public.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
