How do you want it itemized? I may be able to have the list sorted by type of time off, or by date, but I am not sure how the software payroll/HR uses actually exports the information.

Hello,

The frozen date is the date of the time off (either Vacation, Sick, or any of the other ways to take time off). It corresponds to the date that is requested, and I believe it is listed as frozen as the date gets "frozen" on the schedule/time sheet software. There may be another date associated with some requests, which correlates to when, or if, they requested a specific date off.

The Frozen date is the date the vacation/sick/furlough/etc was taken. Does that help?

This installment contains updated records previously released and one additional document, which details some information that was missed for two employees.

Additionally, I learned that "Rpt/Report" date corresponds to the date the leave was taken, while "frozen" date corresponds to when the leave was approved. Leave is generally approved on the last day of a pay period, but for a minority of instances it can be a later or earlier date, usually when it has been manually checked or entered or there was an adjustment to it.
