Pursuant to RCW Ch. 42.56 (Public Records Act), I hereby request the following records:
Full, complete, and current as August 25th 2016, copies of King County Corrections staff rosters for the following locations:
- All Adult Detention Facilities (King County Correctional Facility - Seattle, Regional Justice Center - Kent)
- All Juvenile Detention Facilities (King County Youth Services Center, King County Youth Services Center (YSC))
- All King County Community Corrections Facilities (Community Corrections Administration (CCD) )
Please include, but do not limit your response to names, job titles, and badge numbers and/or other identifying numbers.
Please provide responsive documents in their native format with metadata. For example, if a spreadsheet or email (.eml) file is available, do not print and scan documents.
I also request that, if possible, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest and not made for commercial gain. The requested documents will be processed by a representative of the news media/press and made available to the public at MuckRock.com. Please fulfill the request electronically, by e-mail attachment if possible or CD-ROM if not.
If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the PRA.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
