All protocols for testing and analyzing drugs seized by law enforcement for content, including names and locations of all laboratory facilities used for such analysis.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am working with other Units within the Sheriff's Office on locating and compiling the documents responsive to your request and I anticipate providing a first installment of records to you on or before 1/8/19. If I am unable to meet this self-imposed deadline, I will let you know. If I am able to provide a response sooner, I will certainly do so. The KCSO Public Disclosure Unit has located the following records responsive to your request:
Please log into your request to view the pages of the Sheriff's Office GOM (General Orders Manual) which deal with Drug testing/analyzing and Laboratory facilities. I located these documents by searching our GOM for the terms "Drugs," "Laboratory," and "analyzing." Our GOM can be located online at the following address:
