Dear Sir or Madam:

I don't see any attachment. Would you please send responsive records as requested, via e-mail?

Regarding limiting the search to e-mail to and/or from certain addresses: If commissioners and their staff report that any and all communications between themselves and CBP have occurred via those addresses, then this is acceptable. If instead you are guessing about what records may exist without asking those who would have received or created the records, then I'm afraid something is not right.

Cordially,
Phil Mocek
