Parole/Probation Employer List

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

The most recent version of any list of suggested employers which is distributed by parole, probation and other supervision officers to their supervisees in the Florence, Louisville and Lexington offices.

While the requested documents are public record and an explanation of their use is not required, I want to let you know that these records will be used for reporting into temporary staffing agencies' use of a federal tax credit: the records are not intended to shame or denigrate second-chance employers. Additionally, this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
