Thanks so much for your help! It looks like there is a page missing from this printout, however. I was wondering if you could send the missing page (page 2)?

Thanks

Mr. Alexander,

In the document you attached, the page numbering at the bottom goes from 1/3 to 3/3, indicating that the second page is missing. In addition I know of a Twitter account that is blocked and not on the list -- @MollyOShah. As I understand it, that account has been blocked since before your response was created.

Would it be possible for you to verify that the accuracy of the response?

Thank you,
Bret Walker
