Pursuant to Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

-All department policies regarding protocol for state police officers responding to domestic violence incidents

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am in receipt of a fax requesting a status update on your request for agency policies for responding to domestic violence incidents (KSP log number 17-0387). Those records, along with the policies regarding mass arrest situations, were mailed via certified mail on March 6, 2017, and signed for on the return receipt on March 9, 2017. The mail tracking number is 7012 1010 0002 3120 2655. The agency does not release records by e-mail.
