From: REVENUE ORR CUSTODIAN (DOR)

Good morning,

Please be advised that under the Kentucky Open Records Act an agency has 3 business days following the date of receipt to respond to an Open Records Request. I realize your organization handles a myriad of requests across numerous jurisdictions, each of which has its own public or open records laws, so I wanted to clarify this point in case you have any further requests in the future for Kentucky. As this request was emailed at 9:48pm on Monday June, 13, 2016 when the government offices were already closed for the day, it was not received until Tuesday, June 14, 2016. As such, under the Kentucky Open Records Act, the deadline for issuing a response for this particular request is Friday, June 17, 2016. A timely response will be issued in accordance with Kentucky law. With respect to this particular request, I anticipate that a response will likely be issued by the end of today, June 16, 2016.

Sincerely,
