Pursuant to the Wisconsin Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any police reports or arrest records alleging a violation of Wis. Stat. § 942.01 ("defamation") or Wis. Stat. § 942.03. This request is limited to records after October 1, 2019.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Are you able to search incident reports based on the offense(s) alleged or reported? I'm conducting a survey to evaluate how certain statutes are used. A number of jurisdictions have been able to search their databases based on the type of incident reported. If you're not able to do that, then I will withdraw this request.
