Pursuant to the Wisconsin Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any police reports or arrest records alleging a violation of Wis. Stat. § 942.01 ("defamation") or Wis. Stat. § 942.03. This request is limited to records after October 1, 2019.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

I replied to you stating we do not have a responsive record. My records department contacted me today to let me know that there was a missing subsection to the statute you provided to be searched. It should be 942.01(1). We found three records responsive to that request. They are provided.
