Adam-

I replied to you stating we do not have a responsive record. My records department contacted me today to let me know that there was a missing subsection to the statute you provided to be searched. It should be 942.01(1). We found three records responsive to that request. They are provided.

Lt. Nosalik --

Thank you for providing these records. Would it be possible to also obtain the incident reports, narratives, or other records associated with these three cases?

Thanks again,

Adam Steinbaugh

I have assigned these three cases to have standard personally identifiable information redacted. Our Kenosha Joint Services records department will email them when they are complete. Please allow some time. If you do not receive them by the close of next week, please contact me and let me know.
