On June 03, 2019 the Kennewick Police Department received your public disclosure request stating, I regret interpreting your request incorrectly upon initial review. In looking closer I realize you did submit a request seeking Port Orchard Police Department records and I've checked with several individuals in our office and learned there's no reasonable place for us to expect to find those records. We have no reason to believe we've prepared, owned, used or retained these records associated with POPD but realize you may have had a very specific reason for submitting your request as stated above. If you intended your request as pertaining to KPD, please submit a new request for those records. Please know we have made a diligent and good faith effort to locate all responsive records and we consider our search to be complete. We have searched in all locations reasonably calculated to uncover any and all responsive records.
