To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the New Hampshire "Access to Government Records and Meetings" Statute (RSA Ch. 91-A), I hereby request the following records:
All police records and arrest records pertaining to the Pumpkinfest riots on October 18th, 2014 as well as any emails within the police department with the words "riot" or "pumpkinfest."
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Ms. Geary-Meyer, Thank you for your e-mail message made under NH RSA Ch. 91-A regarding access to governmental records for the City of Keene received on October 20th. It is the policy of the City of Keene to process all requests made under NH RSA Ch. 91-A through the Office of the City Clerk. It is also the policy of the City of Keene, NH to require all requests made under NH RSA Ch. 91-A be submitted in writing with an original signature. I have attached a record request form developed by the City of Keene for your use, please fill out completely and return to Office of the City Clerk at the address listed on the form. Feel free to duplicate this form or write on a separate sheet for multiple record requests.
In regards to the specifics of your request, City of Keene Police logs containing arrest information can be obtained through the City of Keene’s website under the Keene Police Department’s webpage. The Keene Police dispatch log reports are organized in chronological order. I have attached a link to this page for your convenience.

In response to your other request for all emails within the Keene Police Department with the words “riot” and “pumpkinfest” is considered vague. If you would please reference a specific date or range of dates in which you would like researched.

Dear Ms. Geary-Meyer, This is response to your follow-up e-mail message regarding access to a governmental record of the City of Keene received on October 23rd regarding all emails within the Keene Police Department with the words "riot" and "pumpkinfest" from September 1st, 2014 until October 23rd, 2014. It has been determined that the City of Keene email archive does not contain a database specific to the Keene Police Department and we are unable to provide specific email messages within the Keene Police Department relative to your request. Under NH RSA Ch. 91-A:4 IV, your request for access to a governmental record is not reasonably described and therefore your request is denied.
