The City of Katy is in receipt of your below Open Records Request; however, the information requested in not under our jurisdiction, therefore we have no records to provide.

That bond was requested and issued for Katy Independent School District (KISD) and they would be able to provide the requested verbiage.

I unfortunately do not have a direct contact for them, but they have a very sophisticated website (KISD Open Records<http://www.katyisd.org/dept/communications/openrecords/Pages/default.aspx>) and you can submit your request there. Please feel free to contact me, should you need anything further.
