Text messages between Kris Kobach and John Merrill

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the The Kansas Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

- Any and all SMS messages (aka, "text messages") between Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach (cell phone number 913-638-5567) and Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill (cell phone number 334-328-2787) that were sent or received from June 27, 2017, to July 30, 2017, inclusive, referring or relating to the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity and/or Alabama voter data.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
