Pursuant to the The Kansas Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

- A copy of any and all contracts (including associated amendments and exhibits) awarded to Pepsi, Coca-Cola, or any subdivision thereof, for the provision of beverages or other goods in any facilities under the purview of this organization, including all activities and buildings associated with athletics, sports, dining services, or otherwise. If this agency does not have a contract with either of the named companies, please provide the equivalent agreement with the currently employed company.

- If the contract(s) was cancelled, any and all materials related to its cancellation.

- If the contract was cancelled, the statement from the university about cancellation.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

University personnel have been assigned to retrieve records responsive to your request; our goal is to produce available records in accordance with the law as quickly as possible. However, personnel limitations, precludes the records' immediate production as well as a total estimate of the fees incurred to produce them.

We will contact you on or before November 5, 2018, regarding the status of your request, at which time we may include determinations of availability and an estimate of fees incurred to produce available records. Please note that the University requires payment in advance for any documents produced.

The University charges all requestors in advance for the time required to retrieve, review, and produce available public records as allowed by K.S.A. §45-219(a). However, the records responsive to your request were readily available; the employee time expended to produce is determined to be de minimis (less than thirty minutes or 15 dollars in value). Therefore no fees will be charged.

Because no date range was specified, we have provided our current contract with Pepsi. Accordingly, following this email, you will receive a second email containing a link to access the records from our secure file storage system, Hawk Drive. This link will be functional for seven (7) days. With this production, we will now consider this request closed.

Please note that certain information was removed, redacted, or withheld pursuant to the following exceptions under K.S.A. 45-221(a), which provides in pertinent part that the public agency shall not be required to disclose:

· (30) Public records containing information of a personal nature where the public disclosure thereof would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy; and
