Copy of each summary order of revocation and order of revocation issued for 2013-2014.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

We received your open records request by fax on April 21, 2017. We are in the process of gathering records, some of which are stored outside the office. The earliest the records will be available is June 30, 2017.
There will be a charge for the cost of retrieving the records. As each record must be retrieved and reviewed, it is impossible to calculate the cost of these fees. I would estimate that the fee will total less than $500.00, but as we charge the actual cost of retrieval, I cannot give you any sort of total for certain. Per your request that you be informed of the charges in advance of fulfilling your request, no further action will be taken on your request until you inform us that you would like us to proceed.

As stated in our initial response, the EARLIEST the documents will be available is June 30, 2017. Please check back after this time and I will give you an estimate on an expected time frame. I will note that we are experiencing an increased number of large requests that we fill in the order received, so I expect that we are still at least 90 days out from completing your request. Finally, as we did not receive confirmation from you until late May that you would like us to proceed with your request, we have just recently started pulling your records.
