This E-mail is being sent in response to the E-mail below. I returned to the office on August 10th after having been out of the office since July 31, 2015 and am now available to respond to this request for information.

Your request seeks a variety of electronic communications between certain legislators and various people and organizations, including E-mails and their attachments. I am unable to fulfill your request for information. The Kansas Chief Clerk of the House is not the “custodian” of the records sought as the term “custodian” is defined pursuant to K.S.A. 45-217(d) I have no access to electronic communications between the persons you reference or any other legislators or employees of the Kansas Legislature.
