- ALL records pertaining to the exercise of the baker act involving a Mason Craig Turner in Jupiter, FL. Within the Jurisdiction of Jupiter Police Department.
- Names of officers involved and statements and reports pertaining.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges post of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically. With the advancement of technology, records request such as this one do not require physical paper copies or an unusual amount of time to accommodate. If for some reason, there are fees associated with this request please send the invoice with the records.

If you want the full report without redactions, you would need to come in person to the police department records section with your photo ID, to pick up a copy of the report. (for the New Year holiday, we will be closed tomorrow, Friday 12/31) Otherwise, if we complete your request via email, be advised that the report would be redacted according to Florida Statutes Chapter 119. Regarding officer 1031: Officer Sally Collins' hire date was 9/3/2000, and she left the Department on 2/28/22. There are no complaints included in her record with the Department.
