Sou Yang Kidnapping and Extortion 2019 (Johnston County Sheriff's Office)

Pursuant to the North Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

All Documents including but not limited to Investigation notes, witness statements, evidence collected, names of officers, parties and suspects involved for case #20196544 involving the kidnapping and ransom, extortion involving Sou Yang, on 12/21/2019-12/22/2019 in city of Four Oaks, NC and Dunn, NC. Also a copy of any and all laws (local, state and federal), policies, directives, or other guiding material regarding the investigation, charges, decisions and actions taking by investigating officers and relevant District Attorneys Office for jurisdictions involved.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

No it wasn't mailed and it is also why I am going to wake county judge to request SBI review how Johnston county Sheriffs handled this. read FOIA request I wanted not just information but "la copy of any and all laws (local, state and federal), policies, directives, or other guiding material regarding the investigation, charges, decisions and actions taking by investigating officers and relevant District Attorneys Office for jurisdictions involved."

I am having my laywyer sue for for acesss to records. subpoena for it, better not miss anything, harnet county has to provide records as well. Why was four oaks PD even at my house when im not there jurisdiction. so you think you can hide it, wake county and superior court judge is wanting to know....im not letting this go

you dont even tell or do anything, left her drunk with strang people and my friends found her next morning raped by those people...she was in parking lot crying
