Under the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know law, I am requesting the following records:
-Jefferson Hills’ 2020-2021’s operating budget
-The agenda from Jefferson Hills’ most recent board of supervisors meeting
-The minutes from Jefferson Hills’ most recent board of supervisors meeting
The Pennsylvania Right to Know Law requires offices to respond to requests within five business days.
If fees for these records exceed $25, please contact me before sending the records. I would like you to waive all fees for these records, as I am not seeking them for commercial purposes.

I received a Right-to-Know request today that you sent to Eugene Roach, RTK officer regarding a request you made on March 16, 2021. Chief Roach retired at the end of December 2020. You are requesting a 2020-2021 operating budget and the agenda and minutes from the most recent Council meetings. All of these items are on our website: www.jeffersonhillsboro.org<http://www.jeffersonhillsboro.org> if you would prefer to obtain it that way. I apologize for the lateness of this response, but this was not received by our office until today. We will be processing your request asap. But wanted you to know you could obtain it quickly from our website if you preferred. In the future please address RTK request to John Stinner, Borough Manager.
